Guest text anywhere is a simply to use online package which enables you to text guests mobiles from the comfort of your PC. You can text individual guests or mass text all you guests in one go to run bar or restaurant promotions, notify them of programme changes, recommend local attractions and events and much, much more.

By joining your 'Text Club' on intake day your guests can be kept up to date with the latest Park events and promotions for the duration of their stay. With your guests' approval you simply load their mobile numbers into your own secure online text anywhere address book so you can instantly text them, wherever they are. At the end of their stay you simply remove their mobile number from your contact address book, and then add new guests numbers as they arrive.

There are NO set up, consultation or maintenance costs and NO text bundles to buy up front. As this is a business service rather than a consumer gadget you are simply invoiced monthly for the messages that you have sent. What's more, UK text messages start from just 6p each!, with a maximum cost of just 10p. So you could contact over 100 families, ON or OFF Park for less that £10! TEXT COSTS

To send a message of up to 160 characters in length to a UK mobile phone costs a maximum of 10p (+VAT) per message and drops significantly based on how many messages you send each month:

An additional discount of 5% is also applicable for accounts that are settled by Direct Debit. We refer to a “Message Credit” rather than a “Message Cost” because the actual cost of the message is determined by the country in which the recipient’s mobile phone is registered. For example, sending a message to a UK mobile phone costs 1 Message Credit, yet sending a message to a Spanish mobile phone costs 1.4 Message Credits.

REQUIREMENTS

All you need is a PC with Internet access and permission from your guests for you to text them during their stay. It really is that easy. Try it for a week and see the results for yourself!
